Two diagnostic centres sealed off in Rajshahi
RAJSHAHI, May 21, 2019 (BSS) – A mobile court here today shut down two
diagnostic centres as they were conducting their activities illegally.
Two executive magistrates from the district administration – Rony Khatun
and Nazia Hossain accompanied by Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr Alam Ifte Khayer
conducted the mobile court in Aid Plus Diagnostic and Asthma Centre Limited
as well as Saad Diagnostic in Luxmupur area of the city.
They found that the centres were functioning without license and not
complying with rules and regulations.
The court also fined the two centres Taka 35,000 and Taka 30,000
respectively.
