International Rating Chess begins tomorrow
DHAKA, May 21, 2019 (BSS)-The International Rating Chess tournament will begin tomorrow at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room of National Sports Council old building here.
FM Iqbal Bin Anwar, executive director of WALTON Group and head of the games and sports, will formally inaugurate the meet as the chief guest.
K M Shahidullah, vice president of Bangladesh Chess Federation and chairman of the tournament committee, will preside over the opening ceremony.
Organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation, the tournament is an open event for all chess players.
The event will be held in 8 round Swiss-League system and cash prize money will be given to winners.
