District administration monitoring market prices in Narail
NARAIL, May 14, 2019 (BSS)- District administration of Narail is
monitoring market price of essentials during the month of Ramadan aiming to
check price hike by a section of dishonest businessmen.
Deputy Commissioner of Narail Anjuman Ara and Superintendent of Police
Md.Jasim Uddin visited Rupganj bazaar today for monitoring market price of
essentials and preventing food adulteration.
Anjuman Ara said drastic action will be taken against those who will be
found involved in creating any artificial crises of essentials and food
adulteration.
She said the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) has
already started selling essentials in open markets in the town for keeping
the essentials’ prices stable during the holy month of Ramadan.
