GOPALGANJ, May 9, 2019 (BSS) – A man drowned when he along with his wife was taking bath in the River Modhumoti in Kashiana upazila of the district today.
The deceased was identified as Jony Mollah, 25, hailed from Paranpur village in the upazila. He was an easy bike driver. Jony got married three months ago.
Police said Jony drowned in the river around 7 :30 am when he was taking
bath along with his wife.
Divers from Gopalganj and Khulna recovered Jony’s body around 11 am.
