Police FC dump Dhaka City 6-1 in BCL
DHAKA, May 6, 2019 (BSS) – Rasel and Amirul scored a brace each saw Bangladesh Police
Football Club dumped Dhaka City Football Club by 6-1 goals in the lone match of the
Bangladesh Championship League Football held on Monday at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy
Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
In the day’s match, Rasel scored two goals in the 12th and 30th minutes while Amirul
also struck twice in the 45+2nd and 90th minutes.
Besides, Shamim chipped in with a lone goal in the 15th minute for Police while a
suicidal goal while Shawon of Dhaka City scored a own goal in the very 3rd minute of
the match.
Ameka scored a consolation goal for Dhaka City in the 62nd minute of the match.
