DHAKA, April 27, 2019 (BSS) – A scientific seminar on clinical practice guideline for management of anti-HBc positive patients of Bangladesh was held at a city hotel here today.
Organized by Hepatology Society, Dhaka, Bangladesh, the seminar was presided over by society president Professor Mobin Khan.
BIRDEM Hospital associate professor Dr Gholam Azam, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Liver Specialists Dr Saiful Islam Elin and Dr Md Shahinul Alam read out the key note papers at the seminar.
The experts at the seminar called for maintaining maximum caution in drinking water, citing risks of outbreak of jaundice by the contamination of Hepatitis-E virus.
