Two-day science fair begins in Brahmanbaria
BRAHMANBARIA, April 27, 2019 (BSS) – A two-day Science Fair began today on
the premises of Sadar upazila parishad on the occasion of the 40th national
science and technology week.
Local lawmaker RAM Obaidul Moktadir Chowdhury inaugurated the fair at a
function as the chief guest while Sadar Upazila Nirbahi officer Pankaj Barua
presided over it.
Teachers, officials from different organization, representatives of local
govern bodies, among others, were present at the function.
As many as 36 stalls have been set up at the fair. A good number of
visitors including students and ICT experts thronged the fair.
Organizers told BSS that the science fair will encourage young learners to
invent science and ICT-based innovation to build a technologically advanced
Bangladesh.
