Speaker mourns death of Saleh Ahmed
DHAKA, April 24, 2019 (BSS) – Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin
Sharmin Chaudhury today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of
veteran actor Saleh Ahmed.
In a condolence message, the speaker prayed for eternal peace of the
departed soul and expressed her sympathy to the bereaved family members.
In separate condolence messages, Deputy Speaker M Fazley Rabbi Miah and
Chief Whip Noor-e-Alam Chowdhury conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family and
prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul, a press release said.
Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, MP also mourned the death of the Sadhinata Padak
winner actor, through a condolence message.
Saleh Ahmed breathed his last today at Apollo Hospitals in Dhaka around
2.33pm at the age of 83. He was suffering from different old-age
complications for a long time.
