JOYPURHAT, April 12, 2019, (BSS) – Eight people were killed and 15 others injured in a road accident on the Bogura-Joypurhat road at Baniapara in Sadar upazila of the district today.
Police said the accident occurred as a passenger bus fell into a roadside ditch after its driver lost control over the steering around 1:45 pm.
The identity of the victims is yet to be ascertained. The injured were sent to a nearby hospital.
