Youths contribute to country’s booming economic growth: Dr Hasan
DHAKA, April 7, 2019 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today
said the youth forces are making a good contribution to the faster economic
growth of Bangladesh.
“As the youths make up 30 percent of the country’s total population, we
should provide better opportunity to the youths to develop them as skilled
workforces to build an economically advanced country,” he told the inaugural
function of a two-day youth conference in the city.
Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) is organizing the conference at
Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) here.
PKSF Chairman Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad chaired the inaugural function
while its Managing Director Md Abdul Karim and Deputy Managing Director Dr Md
Zasim Uddin were present, among others.
