Four matches of Inter-district Women’s Kabaddi decided in opener
DHAKA, March 29, 2019 (BSS)- Four final round matches of the Inter-
district Women’s Kabaddi competition were decided on the opening day (Friday)
at Faridpur district.
In the day’s opening matches, Jhenaidah district beat Rangamati district
by 37-33 points, Rangpur district outclassed Narail district by 38-27 points,
Nilphamari district overpowered Mymensingh district by 50-34 points and
Faridpur district defeated Rangpur district by 31-14 points.
Earlier, Engineer Khondakar Mosharraf Hossain, MP, formally inaugurated
the meet as the chief guest. Faridpur Zilla Parishad chairman Lokman Hossain
Mridha and Police Super M Zakir Hossain were present as the special guests.
Faridpur Deputy Commissioner Umme Salma Tanzia presided over the ceremony.
