College student killed in Sirajganj road accident
SIRAJGANJ, March 21, 2019 (BSS) – A college student was killed and two
others were injured in a road accident at Bhadraghat area under Kamarkhand
upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased was identified as Hridoy, 17, an HSC examinee and son of
Haider Ali, a resident of the same area.
Police said the accident took place on the Sirajganj-Nalka highway when
a chemical-laden cargo van of ACI Agro Limited hit three pedestrians
including Hridoy at about 7.30 am, leaving him dead on the spot and two
others injured.
The injured were sent to a local hospital.
