World Social Work day observed at IU
ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, March 19, 2019 (BSS) – The World Social Work Day-
2019 was observed at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia today amid festivity
with the slogan of “Promoting the Importance of Human Relationships”.
Marking the day, the authority of Social Work department of the
university brought out a colorful procession from the premises of the faculty
building with participation of the departmental teachers, students and
officials.
IU VC Professor Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari, Pro-VC also chairman of the
department Professor Dr M Shahinoor Rahman and Treasurer Professor Dr M Selim
Toha took part in the procession.
