Choton admits his team’s mistakes
DHAKA, March 16, 2019 (BSS)- Bangladesh women’s team head coach Golam Robbani Chotton said his girls made a lot of mistakes during the group match that coasted the day’s defeat against Nepal.
He was speaking at a post match press conference held on Saturday at Shahid Rangasala Stadium in Nepal, source goalnepal.com. Bangladesh suffered 3-0 loss at the hands of hosts Nepal in SAFF women’s championship.
Choton said: “My team also played well …. But actually, they gave 100% …. we couldn’t play well in the first half ….we made lot of mistakes but we did well in the second half”.
“Nepal is a strong team. They are playing at home and their supporters are also backing them,” Chotton added.
The Bangladesh’s head coach however did not forget to appreciate team Nepal for their solid performance against Bangladesh.
Despite the loss, Bangladesh has finished group A runners up. Nepal will play against the runners up team from group B in semifinal on March 20.
