European stock markets rise at open
LONDON, March 15, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – European stock markets climbed at the
start of trading on Friday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.4
percent at 7,211.61 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 index gained 0.2 percent to 11,608.67
points and the Paris CAC 40 edged up 0.1 percent to 5,352.88.
