Imran urges Japan to recruit Bangladeshi manpower

DHAKA, March 14, 2019 (BSS) – State Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Imran Ahmed today urged the Japanese government to recruit more Bangladeshi workers to meet its manpower demand.

“Bangladeshi people are hardworking and committed… Japan could recruit Bangladeshi workers to expedite its development,” he said when a Japanese delegation called on him at his office, said an official release.

Earlier, the delegation visited different organizations and expressed their satisfaction over service quality in those organizations. Japan is a trusted friend of Bangladesh, they said adding relations between the countries will be strengthened in the future.

The delegation included Chief Executive Officer of MLS Corporation Oikawa Yusuke and YasuoMega Tetsufumi Fujisawa.
