Sonjit Chandra Das, chairman of election conducting committee of BCL and
its DU unit president claimed the Quota reformists, Chhatra Dal and others
have spread different propaganda against the university authorities and the
ruling party students’ wing under an orchestra plan to thwart the polls and
create a chaotic situation on the campus.

“As part of their conspiracy, left leaning student bodies and Quota reformists’ leaders and workers were seen tearing banners of BCL’s VP candidate Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon in front of Rokeya Hall during the polls,” he alleged.

They were seen chanting slogan against the authorities in front of Rokeya
