Weeklong SME fair begins in Mymensingh tomorrow
MYMENSINGH, March 11, 2019 (BSS)- A weeklong regional small and medium
enterprises (SME) goods fair will begin in Mymensingh tomorrow.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Belayet Hossen told BSS today that all
preparations have been completed to arrange the fair.
District Administration organised the fair while State Minister for Social
Welfare Sharif Ahamed will formally inaugurate it as the chief guest at local
town hall ground around 10am tomorrow.
A good number of SME institutions from all over the district will set up
their stalls in the fair where huge spectrum of locally produced SME goods
including leather products, jute-made products, handicrafts, processed
agricultural products, electrical and electronic goods, clothes, design and
fashion wares and other products will be exhibited.
“On the opening day, a colourful rally, discussion and cultural function
will also be held at the fair venue. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Subash Chandra
Biswas will preside over the discussion,” Belayet Hossen said.
