Belayet elected president, Masud senior VP of BFFEA
DHAKA, March 10, 2019 (BSS) – Kazi Belayet Hossain, managing director of Sobi Fish Processing Industries Limited in Khulna, and Asharaf Hossain Masud, managing director of Fish Processing and Ice Complex Limited in Chattogram, have been elected president and senior vice-president of Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters Association respectively for 2019-2020 term.
Association’s election board announced the result of newly elected board of directors of BFFEA at its annual general meeting (AGM) at a hotel in Bijoynagar area here on Saturday.
Other office bearers were Oriental Fish Processing and Culture managing director Ltd Sheikh Md Abdul Baki (VP, Khulna region) Meenhar Sea Foods Ltd director Devabrata Barua (VP, Chattogram region).
BFFEA directors were Maqsudur Rahman (Mahi Fish Processing Ltd), M Khalilullah (Satkhira Foods Ltd) Syed Abu Asfar (National Seafood Industries Ltd) A jabbar Mollah (Jahanabad Sea Foods Ltd) Ashim Kumar Barua (Apex Foods Ltd), Sk Kamrul Alam (Rupali Sea Foods Ltd) Md Masudur Rahman (Sea Fresh Ltd) Khondoker Aynul Islam (Southfield Fisheries Ltd) Shyamal Das (MU Sea Foods Ltd), Dodul Kumar Dutta (Pacific Sea Foods Ltd) and Mohammad Ali (Fish Garden Ltd).
