Two killed in Bagerhat road accident
BAGERHAT, March 8, 2019 (BSS)- Two persons were killed and four others
injured in a road accident on the Khulna-Bagerhat Highway in Khan Jahan Ali
Mazar intersection area of the town early today.
The deceased were identified as Kibria Malitha, 22 and Goribullah, 42.
Both were the residents of Tribeni village under Shoilkupa upazila in
Jhenidah district.
Police said the accident occurred when a passengers bus hit a standing
truck in the area, leaving Goribullah, driver of the truck, dead on the spot.
The wounded were taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital where Kibria, a
transport labour, succumbed to his injuries.
