Phone-camera tops Uber riders’ forget list

DHAKA, March 6, 2019 (BSS) – On-demand ridesharing company, Uber’s latest index showed Bangladeshi riders mostly tend to leave mobile phone and camera during the ride.

The third iteration of Uber’s Lost and Found Index released a snapshot where riders in Bangladesh are found most forgetful around weekends and between 12.00pm and 3.00pm, said a press release today.

Uber used to release Lost and Found Index of most commonly forgotten items by the riders each week such as phones, cameras, keys and wallets. The index also provides a snapshot of some of the most unique items left behind.

Uber released this annual index to highlight the technology enabled in app features that can help riders get reunited with their lost items.

Most frequently forgotten items in Ubers -Bangladesh are phone, camera, backpack, bag, folders, box, luggage, wallet, purse, clothing, keys, glasses, umbrella, headphones, speaker, jewelry, make-up and watch.

Besides, most unique forgotten items in Ubers -Dhaka are 40kg beef pack, Lichi Fruit 100 Pieces, 4 saree with 2 blouse pieces, Toothbrush and Golda chingri (fish).
