UK clinical psychologists meet DU VC
DHAKA, March 6, 2019 (BSS) – Two renowned Clinical Psychologists of United
Kingdom, Professor Dr Glenda Fredman of the University of Hertfordshire and
Mr Philip Messent, Editor of the Journal of Family Therapy, called on Dhaka
University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman here today.
Chairman of the Department of Clinical Psychology of DU Dr Kamruzzaman
Mazumder, Prof Dr Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman and some other faculty members of
the same department were present on the occasion.
During the meeting at the VC’s office of the university, they stressed the
need for development of relationship among the family members to make nice
and standard societies everywhere.
Earlier, Prof Dr Glenda Fredman and Mr Philip Messent delivered lecturers
at a workshop on “Family Therapy” at the Department of Clinical Psychology of
DU.
