DHAKA, March 6, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)
today predicted that rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty
wind may occur in some parts of the country in the 24 hours as of 9am
tomorrow.
“Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind
is likely to occur at one or two places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over
the country,” said a BMD weather forecast here this morning.
Day temperature may rise by (1-3) degree Celsius over the country while
night temperature may fall slightly over the country, it added.
The maximum temperature was 29.3 degrees Celsius yesterday at Teknaf in
Chattogram and today’s minimum temperature was 15.2 degrees Celsius at
Tentulia in Rangpur division.
The sun sets at 6.03 pm today and rises at 6:16 am tomorrow in Dhaka
city.
