Prisoner dies from illness in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, March 5, 2019 (BSS)-A prisoner died from illness at
Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH) at early today.
The victim was identified as Mohammad Ali Azam,31, son of Abu Taher,
arrested in a murder case by Sitakundu thana.
Ala Uddin Talukdar, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Chattogram Medical
College Hospital said Azam, felt pain in his chest at Chattogram central Jail
on Monday morning.
The central Jail authority admitted the victim at Chattogram central
Jail hospital. The doctors of Jail hospital referred him to the Chattogram
Medical College Hospital (CMCH) this morning.
The attending doctors at CMCH declared him dead after the admission at
11 am today.
