Bail terms prevent Ghosn from leaving Japan: court
TOKYO, March 5, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – Former Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn will not
be allowed to leave Japan according to the terms of his bail, granted in a
surprise decision by a Tokyo court on Tuesday.
Ghosn will be required to remain in Japan and is subject to various
measures intended to prevent him from potentially destroying evidence or
fleeing the country, according to the court decision.
