One killed in Jamalpur road accident
JAMALPUR, March 4, 2019 (BSS) – A microbus driver was killed in a road
accident in Madarganj upazila yesterday.
The victim was identified as Md Ruhul Amin, 40, son of late Mofij Uddin
at village Baziterpara in Madarganj upazila of the district.
Police said the accident occurred when a microbus fell into the river as
its driver lost control over the steering at around 10 pm.
Officer-in-charge, Madarganj Police Station, Md Rafiqul Islam said the
driver died on the spot but the passengers were rescued.
