3 youths suffer burn injuries in old Dhaka fire
DHAKA, Mar 2, 2019 (BSS) – At least three youths sustained burn injuries as a fire broke out at a scrap-metal shop in city’s Chawkbazar area this afternoon.
The injured youths were Sumon, 40, Nur-e-Alam, 35, and Mohammad Sumon, 30, and they are now undergoing treatment at the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Fire Service and Civil Defense source said.
Two units of fire service doused the blaze that might have originated from an explosion of a gas cylinder at the scrap-metal shop in Kamalbagh area around 4.45 pm.
