JSD leader Abul Quashem dies
DHAKA, March 1, 2019 (BSS) – M Abul Quashem, a veteran freedom fighter
and central presidium member of the Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), was died
of cardiac arrest at a city hospital this noon.
He was 66.
He left behind a host of relatives including wife and two sons. His body
was taken to Swandip from the hospital this afternoon. He will be buried
after a Namaj-e Janaza at his own village Rahmatpur of Swandip in Chottogram
on Sunday.
Abul Quashem, was also a commander of Swandip upazila during the
liberation war.
In a condolence message, JSD Chairman Hasanul Haq Inu and its General
Secretary Shirin Akhter MP have expressed profound shock due to the death of
JSD leader M Abul Quashem.
They wished eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed their
sympathy to his colleagues and bereaved family members.
