DHAKA, Feb 22, 2018 (BSS) – Meeting of parliamentary standing committee on Ministry of Science and Technology was held today at Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with Dr AFM Ruhul Haque in the chair.
Science and Technology Minister Architect Yeafesh Osman, Imran Ahmed, Mohammad Aman Ullah and Hajera Khatun, attended the meeting, among others.
The meeting discussed in detail Bangladesh Science Industry and Research Council (amendment) Act, 2018. The JS body also proposed to raise the bill at the parliament after necessary amendment, addition, correction and refinement.
Senior officials of Ministry of Science and Technology and parliament secretariat were present at the meeting, among others.
