Khalid condoles death of KIB president
DHAKA, Feb 25, 2019 (BSS) – State minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud
Chowdhury today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Krishibid
Institution, Bangladesh (KIB) President ASM Saleh.
In a condolence message, the state minister prayed for eternal peace of
the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family
members.
Khalid, also Awami League Organizing Secretary, said the country would
remember Saleh’s contribution to the country’s agriculture sector.
Saleh breathed his last at a hospital in Singapore on February 24 at the
age of 62.
He is survived by wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and
admirers.
