Guaido to leave for Colombia border Thursday in a caravan: spokesman
CARACAS, Feb 21, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido plans to head to the border with Colombia Thursday to lead the attempt to bring in humanitarian aid in defiance of a military blockade, his press team said Wednesday.
Guaido will depart in a caravan with members of the National Assembly, his press office said in a statement confirmed by one of his spokespersons.
