European stock markets rise at open
LONDON, Feb 20, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – Europe’s main stock markets advanced at
the start of trading on Wednesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index up
0.2 percent at 7,191.43 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 index added 0.3 percent to 11,338.74
points and the Paris CAC 40 won almost 0.2 percent to stand at 5,168.59,
compared with Tuesday’s closing levels.
