Bogura AL President Momtaz Uddin dies
BOGURA, Feb 17, 2019 (BSS) – Awami league (AL) Central Working Committee
Member and Bogura District AL President Alhaj Md Momtaz Uddin died of heart
attack at a hospital here early this morning at the age of 78.
Momtaz, also a valiant freedom fighter and former director of the FBCCI,
left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters as well as a host of relatives
and admirers to mourn his death, his family sources said.
His first namaz-e-janaza was held on Altafunnesa playground in the district
town and second Namaz-e-Janaza was held on Manikchak High School premises in
Shakharia Union of the district.
He was also given guard of honor before being buried at his family
graveyard.
