BL college teacher killed in Khulna road accident
KHULNA, Feb 12, 2019 (BSS) – An associate professor of Government BL
college was killed in a road accident this afternoon in front of Damodar
Government Primary School under Phultala upazila on the Khulna-Jessore
highway.
The deceased was identified as – Kishore Kumar Paul, 55, associate
Professor of Zoology Department of Government B L College and resident of
tank road area here.
Police and local people said the accident took place at around 3pm as a
speeding truck ran over him while he was crossing the road. The goods-laden
truck was coming to Khulna from Jessore.
Principal of BL College professor K M Alamgir confirmed the incident.
The body was taken to KMCH morgue for postmortem, police sources said.
