SANGSAD BHABAN, Feb 3, 2019 (BSS) – Minister responsible of Cabinet Division
in Parliament AKM Mozammel Haque today said the independent Anti Corruption
Commission (ACC) took measure against its 58 officers since formation till
January 12, 2019.
“Out of them, 12 officers were imprisoned/punished after departmental
investigation,” he said this, while replying to a starred question from
treasury bench member M Abdul Latif of Chattagram-11 in the Jatiya Sangsad.
AKM Mozammel Haque, also minister for liberation war affairs, said
departmental cases were underway against three officials of the ACC, adding,
“The ACC also warned or released 43 officers.”
