Momen for imparting training to unemployed for skill development

SYLHET, Feb 02, 2019 (BSS) – Foreign minister Dr. A K Abdul Momen today said that the government has embarked on skill development by imparting training to educated unemployed to rid the country of unemployment.

“The vast population of Bangladesh is between the ages of 18 and 25 years…the government is committed to bring the best out of them by improving their skills through training for the development of the country,” said he while addressing as the chief guest a seminar on ‘Institutional development for the development of Higher Studies at the college level’ at Murari Chand College (MC College) auditorium in Sylhet.

He also emphasized on utilizing the efficiency and expertise of the unemployed addressing the human resource to be one of the most important sectors of our country for a developed future.

Under the chairmanship of National University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Harun al Rashid, Additional Secretary of the Ministry and the MC College Principal spoke, among others.
