Keys crushes eighth seed Garcia to reach Open quarters
MELBOURNE, Jan 22, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – US Open finalist Madison Keys
steamrollered her way into the Australian Open quarter-finals Monday,
flattening eighth seed Caroline Garcia 6-3, 6-2 in 68 minutes in their
fourth-round clash.
The 22-year-old will face 2016 champion Angelique Kerber or Taiwan’s Hsieh
Su-wei for a place in the semi-finals.
