Int’l seminar on peace at IU on Jan 28-29
KUSHTIA, January 23, 2019 (BSS) – An international seminar titled ‘Global Peace and Harmony: The Rislae-I Nur Perspective’ will be held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on Jan 28-29.
Islamic University (IU) and Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture will jointly organize the seminar at Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman Auditorium of the university, an IU press release said today.
Chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC) Professor Abdul Mannan is expected to attend the seminar as the chief guest while Islamic Foundation Director General Shamim M Afzal will attend it as the special guest.
IU VC Professor Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari will preside over the seminar.
