Two killed in Brahmanbaria road accident
BRAHMANBARIA, Jan 19, 2019 (BSS) – Two people were killed and 20 others
injured as a bus collided head on with a truck at Bijoynagar upazila of the
district today.
The deceased were identified as driver Anowar Hossain, 55, an inhabitant in
Kamalganj upazila in Moulvibazar district and truck helper Yunus Mia, 28.
Police said the accident occurred in Shashoi area on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway
in the early morning, leaving Anowar and Yunus dead on the spot and 20 others
injured.
Injured people were taken to Madhobpur Hospital.
