DHAKA, Jan 18, 2019 (BSS) – Leading cardiologist of the country professor
Dr Rakibul Islam Litu expired today at a city hospital following a massive
heart attack at the age of 52.
Doctors said Litu breathed his last at Labaid Hospital at Dhanmondi in the
city this morning after a severe cardiac arrest.
He is survived by wife, three minor sons aged between 7 and 12 and a host
of relatives, friends, well-wishers and admirers.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held at the mosque of sector 13 in city’s Uttara
area after maghrib prayer.
