Industries Ministry pursues zero tolerance against corruption: Humayun
DHAKA, Jan 14, 2019 (BSS) – Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun today said his ministry is pursuing zero tolerance policy against corruption as per the Awami League’s election manifesto.
“All the targets of the Industries Ministry must be achieved within the stipulated time. We will have to fulfill our commitments,” he said while exchanging views with the officials of the Industries Ministry at its conference room in the city.
State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Mojumder was, among others, present at the meeting.
According to the Awami League election manifesto, Kamal Mojumder said, Industries Ministry will play a vital role to develop the country’s economy through industrialization and employment generation.
He urged officials to take necessary steps for ensuring utilization of full production capacity of the country’s sugar industries.
