DHAKA, Jan 14, 2019 (BSS) – Moderate cold wave is sweeping over the
regions of Panchagarh and Kurigram while Mild cold wave is sweeping over the
regions of Moulovibazar, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Nilphamari and Chuadanga and it
may continue for few days, a met office release said today.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country
and light to moderate fog may occur at some places over the country from
midnight to tomorrow morning, it added.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country yesterday was recorded 29.0 degrees
Celsius at Sitakunda in Chattogram while today’s minimum temperature was 7.3
degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur.
The sun sets at 5.32 pm today and rises at 6.44 am tomorrow in the
capital.
