KCC mayor vows to make Khulna as green city
KHULNA, Jan 12, 2018(BSS) – Mayor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC)
Talukder Abdul Khaleque today vowed to gift a green and clean city to
dwellers.
He said the Khulna city corporation has taken different mega projects to
make the city as a green city in the days to come, he said.
He was addressing a workshop on goat rearing at KCC auditorium here.
“It is possible to make poor families self-reliance by implementing goat
rearing project in a planned way at different cities as well as outskirts of
city,” he added.
Panel Mayor and CEO of KCC Sufia Rahman Shunu and Palash Kanti Bala
addressed the programme as special guests.
WAVE Foundation, an NGO, organised the function.
