Flight risk justifies Ghosn detention: Tokyo judge
TOKYO, Jan 8, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – The ongoing detention of former Nissan chief
Carlos Ghosn is justified because he poses a flight risk and could tamper
with evidence, a Tokyo judge said Tuesday.
Ghosn appeared in court for the first time since his shock November arrest
to hear an explanation for his ongoing detention on allegations of financial
misconduct.
