Dollar exchange rate exceeds 71 rubles for first time since March 2016
MOSCOW, January 4, 2019 (BSS/TASS) – The US dollar exchange rate against
the Russian ruble has grown 2,35% to reach 71,45 rubles on the Moscow
Exchange compared to the previous closing auction.
The US dollar last exceeded 71 rubles on March 16, 2016.
Despite the weakening of the ruble against the dollar, the euro exchange
rate dropped 1,33% on the Moscow Exchange to 78,96 rubles.
