BNP leader Dulu’s bail plea rejected
DHAKA, Dec 31, 2018 (BSS) – A Dhaka court today rejected the bail plea of
BNP leader advocate Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu in a case lodged over
vandalizing vehicles in capital.
Dhaka metropolitan magistrate Md Aminul Islam passed the order this
morning.
Police filed the case for blasting cocktails and vandalizing vehicles in
front of Shishu Palli under Shere Bangla Nagar police station on January 24,
2015.
Dulu secured 4-week anticipatory bail after the filing of charge sheet in
the case. Later, the CMM court scrapped his bail as Dulu refrained from
surrender before it following court’s order.
He was arrested on December 12 and still in jail.
