Police assures of giving security to Dr Kamal
DHAKA, Dec 26, 2018 (BSS) – Police today assured Jatiya Oikya Front
Convenor Dr Kamal Hossain of giving necessary security for his safer
movements, ahead of the 11th national election slated for December 30.
“As part of our routine works, we held a meeting with Dr Kamal Hossain
at his office housed on second floor at Motijheel’s Metropolitan Chamber for
20 to 25 minutes from 12.15 pm today, ,” deputy commissioner (DC) of police,”
Motijheel zone told BSS.
“In the meeting, Dr Kamal was very cordial and we have asked for his (Dr
Kamal) observation and suggestion to ensure his security on ways to and from
of his house,” he said.
“The senior lawyer agreed to take security from the police and has
engaged a person to make contact with policemen and also taken numbers of
high officials to this end,” he continued.
Assistant commissioner of police of Motijheel zone and officer-in-charge
(OC) of Motijheel Police Station were present at the meeting.
