Main accused arrested over police source Aslam murder
DHAKA, Dec 23, 2018 ((BSS) – Police on Saturday captured the main accused
in police source Aslam Shikder murder case from the capital’s Jatrabari area.
“We arrested one Abu Taher, 31, son of late Abdul Malek alias Malu Bepari,
of Mehna Upazila in Cumilla district, as he masterminded the murder of police
source Aslam Shikder, from the capital’s Jatrabari area around 6pm on
Saturday,” said an official of police Bureau of Investigation (PBI).
Earlier on November 11, 2014, police recovered the bullet-ridden body of
police source Aslam Shikder from his rented flat at Jatrabari.
A murder case was lodged to this end.
