Hong Kong shares end morning with more gains
HONG KONG, Jan 4, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – Hong Kong stocks climbed in the morning
session Thursday, putting them on course for an eighth straight gain as
investors tracked records on Wall Street and energy firms were boosted by
surging oil prices.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.45 percent, or 138.79 points, to 30,699.74 by
the break.
