President’s elder sister Sigira Khatun dies
DHAKA, Dec 21, 2018 (BSS) -Mosammat Sigira Khatun (Purushkar Nesa), elder sister of President M Abdul Hamid, today died of old-age complications at her residence in Kishoreganj district.
She was 82.
A Bangabhaban spokesman said she breathed her last at Islampur village residence
under Mithamain upazila in Kishoreganj at 12 noon.
She left one son, seven daughters and a host of relatives to mourn her
death, he added.
